Spirit Lake Fire Ambulance operates under the Kootenai County Emergency Medical Services System (KCEMSS), which is a fire-based EMS system that serves the greater Kootenai County area. We provide emergent first response, emergent transport, and interfacility transports to the citizens and visitors of the district.
